01 / Capture → seal → reconnect
Life moves fast.
Keep a piece.
You don't need a perfect story. A messy, honest snapshot of today is exactly what future you will want to find.
A prompt to get you started
“What do you hope you haven't forgotten?”
Write it down. Say it out loud. Save this version of you.
Leave yourself something real
Write a letter or record a video. Capture your everyday life, a big ambition, or the things you can't quite say yet.
Choose your reunion
One month from now or a milestone further ahead: pick the moment you'd like to hear from yourself. Digital capsules are designed for delivery by email or text.
Open a different perspective
Read. Watch. Laugh at the haircut. Notice what changed—and what didn't. Film your opening only if you want to share it with #DearFutureMe.
